Knitted Cast-On :: A 5-Minute Handwork Homeschool Lesson

In this 5-Minute Handwork Homeschool Lesson,
you’ll learn how to do the Knitted Cast – On.

If your child (or even you!) are just learning to knit, I highly recommend this technique.

It’s great because it is makes it easier to maintain an even tension, avoiding those insanely tight cast-ons which make the first row so hard to knit.  It also gives the child the great satisfaction of knowing that once their cast-on is finished they’ve already completed the first row of their project!

If you liked this lesson – there are other 5-Minute Handwork Homeschool Lessons which you can take right HERE.

It amazing how much you can learn in just a few minutes.
